A very brief match report from yesterday's game with Colne with us scoring in the 95th minute to take the points.
First half we were awful.
HT 0-0
Second half we were probably even worse but the substitutions we made gave us a little bit of freshness and just as it looked like we were taking a point home a fantastic ball from Dan Lowey down the left-hand side found Jesse Dowling and with a first time volley he made no mistake to save a few Breck blushes.
FT 1-0
One of them performances when you just can’t get going and then frustrations take over, but credit the lads can take is they never stopped and dragged out the points at the death.
The McNamara’s Sports Bar MOM went to Jesse Dowling who returned from injury and couldn’t have timed it any better.
As always, a massive thank you to those in attendance and sticking with us to the last minute.
Back at it Tuesday, and it’s the return fixture with Colne as we look to get back to our best and come away with another big away win on the road.
We Go Again
Up The Breck.
